Hip Hop Easter Egg adult coloring page

I love designing quick little adult coloring pages for each holiday. Today's is an Easter page that features bunnies on an egg with the quote, "I said a hip hop the hippie the hippie to the hip hip hop" which just makes me giggle :)

The bunnies were fun to color in a variety of pretty Easter colors with a variety of BIC markers,  Chameleon Markers, Spectrum Noir and Tombow Markers.

365 New Days 365 New Choices quote adult coloring page

To kick off the new year of 2016 I thought I'd design an adult coloring page that will be an inspiration each new day as unique and full of possibilities. I found the quote, "365 New Days 365 Choices" that fits the bill. If the font looks familiar it's used in the Power Puff girl logo.

I used a combination of BIC markers,  Chameleon Markers, Spectrum Noir and Tombow Markers.

"Fonts Are People Too" quote adult coloring page

Today's quote come from a post title featured at the company blog for Hawk Media. I simply thought it was funny so I did this coloring page. One of my favorite things to do is flip letters, especially at the end of words.

"Gun Play Turns into Pillow Talk" Quote Adult Coloring Page

Song lyrics are one of the best sources for quotes and today's adult coloring page is a lyric from the Miguel song, "Coffee". The line that comes before this quote is "wordplay" and after, "...coffee in the morning". There are two versions of this song with different lyrics (one is less "PG" than the other).

I'm A Good Witch Most of the Time - Adult coloring page

I thought I'd design a coloring page for Halloween and so I went poking around for a good quote and "I'm a good witch most of the time" jumped out as the clear winner. If it calls to you too feel free to download and color away my fellow good most of the time witches!

F.U.B.A.R. 4 Ever conversation hearts - Adult coloring page

I have a military Dad and I grew up with this word (initialism) not knowing the spelled out meaning but knowing it meant messed up. I designed a F.U.B.A.R. in conversation hearts cross stitch back in 2008 that you can see below and I thought I'd design an adult coloring page.

Nothing Ever Changes Everything - Quote - Adult Coloring Page

Today's adult coloring page features the quote, "Nothing Ever Changes Everything". I used 4 different fonts and played around with the type a bit on a curve and the word "everything" I broke up and raised and lowered the letters.

 I used a combination of Tombow Markers and BIC markers.

"Positive Anything is Better Than Negative Nothing" Quote Adult Coloring Page

Kokeshi dolls make me smile. I would definitely put them on the list of "positives" which is why I used them as an image border on this adult coloring page that features the quote,
"Positive Anything is Better than Negative Nothing." by Elbert Hubbard.

"That's Powerful Stupid" - Adult Coloring Page

Today's adult coloring page I designed features the quote, "That's Powerful Stupid" by Bill Maher of the TV show Real Time with Bill Maher.

To color in the adult coloring page I used a combination of Tombow Markers, BIC markers and a variety of others in my stash. My color palette was limited to greens and blues.

Today's adult coloring page feature's the quote, "Cry on the Inside Like A Winner" by Cameron Diaz from the movie - The Other Woman and a background of circles loosely inspired by a Frank Lloyd Wright dish pattern.

"Nothing Is Without Meaning" quote - Adult coloring page

I loved making my first adult coloring page with a quote so I made another one. This time I used my favorite image- scissors and combined it with The Wolverine movie quote, "Nothing is Without Meaning".

I used the font Satanas Humanum Sal available for free. And the scissor clip art came from The Old Design Shop.

 One of the things I did on this page is I started to mix colors of the markers and play with the filling in of space to make patterns. I like some of the effects.

I am addicted to fonts, quotes and adult coloring pages. There, I said it. So what is a girl to do? Why try making one herself. So here is my first one.

It features the quote "Kill or become irrelevant" by Bruce Willis in the movie Perfect Stranger (2007) and the background art is from the site Zone Interior Design.

I started coloring my page with BIC fine tip markers and I like how it's going. I like this set of markers because they open up and you can see all the colors then it folds back up and easy to store. I haven't lost one yet!
